I started life Catholic, tried Baptist, and have been with Friends for 38 years, 35 as a member. I am a 60 year old widow trying to follow Paul's injunction to remarry, but that requires a partner whom I don't appear to have met as yet. When not facilitating a Bible study for Episcopalians or acting as chaplain at the local hospital, I make ends meet by supervising the local shelter, substitute teaching, caregiving, or knitting, with the extremely rare editing assignment thrown in.
